Private Tours
Based on the exact time of your visit, I am able to advise whether I am available or not.
In case I am not available I am more than happy to arrange a great colleague of mine to be your guide. Because of the increasing demand for private tours I have created a circle of top rated, experienced, quality guides whom I arrange for the tours.
I only arrange experienced, licensed guides whom I personally know and trust and who are nice persons, very knowledgeable guides and speak very good English or other languages.
I am able to arrange guides that speak English, Hungarian, German Spanish, French and Italian.

On the Buda side you will visit the exterior of the Royal Palace (the interior houses museums and galleries only), the Old Town with the Fisherman’s Bastion and the lookout terrace, the Matthias Church from the inside – a beautiful neo-gothic cathedral and on Gellert Hill, visit the Liberation Monument with a beautiful view over the city.
On the Pest side you will visit the impressive and well known Parliament. Please NOTE that prior reservation is necessary to go inside the Parliament building! Visit one of the chambers with all its golden glory, see the Hungarian royal crown, the meetings rooms and more. Since this building is a working parliament, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. Therefore, please let us know about your tour as soon as possible so we can make the reservation for you. Then you will visit the St. Stevens Cathedral, the largest church in Hungary. Drive past the second largest Synagogue in the world. If you would like to visit, please let us know and we will incorporate it into the schedule. Drive out to Heroes’ Square with its statues of the Hungarian leaders throughout the ages, drive past the Opera House, time permitting take a walk in the City Park, see the Széchenyi Spa, the Vajdahunyad Castle and more. Lunch is somewhere along the way – not included but suggestions will be given. The covered Market hall is a colorful jewel with all its fruit, meat, vegetables and even souvenir stalls and will be visited unless your tour is on Sunday, when it is closed. Good place for a quick lunch if you like.
